I'm disabled, I suffer from severe chronic back and hand pains, that often make it impossible to sit down and draw and make it hard to even walk or reply to messages!!
I'm also neurodivergent and mentally ill, I have adhd and autism (along with some other mental illnesses), which is why i often disappear or struggle to reply and interact. I'm doing my best!
If you're interacting with me, please be clear with your emotions, don't use excessive sarcasm (unless we are super close), don't insult me as a joke. I get anxious and overanalyze a lot, i might misunderstand you and flee. : (

Mystery art bundle is for people, who love surprises. Its mostly pwyw, but minimum you can pay is 100 usd, no max limit.What you get will always be worth OVER what you pay. Ex. if you pay 100 usd, you get something worth +/- 150, if you pay 500 usd, you may get art worth over 600 usd!You CAN'T choose what you are getting, you may however pick what is allowed (sfw, nsfw, gore, etc)

By commissioning me/buying a design by me, you are automatically agreeing to the rules written below.
These terms are subject to change and you must follow any new rules as well.**General ToS**- I hold the right to refuse any commission at any time.- You may repost and use the commissioned piece if credit is given.-Do not make any edits to my artwork, if you want something changed contact me. Credit is necessary when art is being posted on customer’s page/website/stream/etc, DO NOT CLAIM MY WORK AS YOUR OWN.-The commission usually takes up to 3 months to be finished, please do as about rush fees if needed.- I only take PayPal (USD) when it comes to commissions.-Do not send money to me in other currency than USD, if you do, I’ m going to refund you, and you will only lose money due to fees.- When paying via Paypal, I will ask you for your email and send out an invoice. If i ask you to send it instead, you must send your payments through 'Goods and Services' NOT 'Friends and Family' and select "no shipping address"!Refunds- I will not give a refund if you are unsatisfied with the finished product. If you are unhappy with the piece, I am willing to discuss and make edits to the work for the right price. I will not re-do the drawing entirely. The only time you are allowed to ask for free edits is during sketch process.- I DO NOT offer refunds until 3 months passes since the order.- I hold the right to make refunds if I am unable / no longer willing to complete your commission, without giving a reason.-Refunds may take a month or so to be sent.Artist Rights- By owning a design by me, you’re purchasing my labor, art, and only a partial right to a design. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales and self-promotion. But, this does not mean I can resell characters or that I OWN the character. it just means that I can post/show the art of those designs as example work and so on. The character is still yours in all of its entirety, but designs are of my own original creation, so I can use the design to show people my artistic capability, or to promote design commissions, etc.-I claim all rights to the Intellectual Property, but I will not reuse/resell the design again for personal and commercial projects.-I reserve the right to reject your custom proposal without question.- I reserve the right to modify and keep or resell any rejected/refunded designs to be sold at a later date.- The complete payment transaction must be completed before you own a character.- All money must be paid or all art must be completed before you have ownership of a character.-If you order a custom from me DO NOT ask for a refund, unless requirements from "refund" section are met.-I have every right to refund you anytime.- If I make many attempts to contact you for the reminder of a transaction and you never get back to me, the transaction will be canceled, you will be refunded, and I will take my character back.
